These terms apply when you use villanovau.com (“the site”), run by VillanovaU (“we”, “us”). By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

- Courses, programs and exams you buy are sold by other companies, under their terms, not ours.
- Our content is protected by copyright. Reading and linking are welcome; copying whole pages is not.
- We provide the site “as is” and our liability is limited as far as the law allows.
Using the site
You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes, such as reading, researching and comparing options. You are responsible for your own device and internet connection, and for following any law that applies to you.

No professional advice
The site publishes general information about certificates, courses, exams and careers. It is not legal, financial, medical, tax, immigration or career-counseling advice, and reading it does not create an advisory relationship between you and us. We are not a school, exam body or training provider. Courses, programs, books, exams and other products mentioned on the site are offered by other companies. If you buy from one, your contract is with that company, under its terms, prices, refund rules and privacy policy. We are not a party to it and cannot give refunds, change an order or resolve a dispute for you.

Names, logos and certification titles on this site belong to their owners. We use them only to identify things we write about. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the organizations they refer to, including Villanova University and any other university.

We work to keep information accurate and current, but prices, exam rules, requirements, salary figures and program details change often. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Courts there will have jurisdiction over disputes, except where the law of your home country gives you the right to bring a claim locally.
