- We do not sell or run courses, so we cannot give refunds or change an enrollment. Contact the course provider for that.
- We cannot give personal career, legal, medical or financial advice.

What to put in your email
A clear email gets a faster, better answer. Please:
- put the subject line from the table above in your subject;
- include the full address of the page you are asking about;
- keep it to the point, with one topic per email; and
- do not send passwords, payment details, health information or government-ID numbers.
We cannot promise a reply to every message, but corrections and privacy requests are always handled first.
What we cannot help with
- Course or exam problems. Refunds, logins, certificates and exam bookings are handled by the provider or exam body you used.
- Personal advice. We cannot say which course is right for your exact situation or review your resume.
- Paid placement. We do not accept payment for reviews, rankings or links.
- Unsolicited promotions. Bulk offers, link swaps and guest-post pitches will not get a reply.
